As of 2022, Toss Yer Cabers operates under the aegis of the non-profit Wargamers Without Borders Society, which is a registered non-profit organization in British Columbia, Canada.

The board of Wargamers Without Borders Society provides financial, legal and ethical oversight for the event. The society also operates the bank account for the event and files financial records with the BC government every year.

All members of the board are volunteers, and receive no remuneration for their work.
